How to cancel your Creator plan subscription

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Creator plan at any time. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to cancel

Go to billing

Open the Billing page from the user menu or settings.

Click "Cancel subscription"

You will see a confirmation dialog. Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.

Keep using Creator until the period ends

After cancelling, your Creator plan stays active until your current billing period expires. You will not be charged again.

What happens after cancellation

Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
Your existing projects remain accessible, subject to the Free plan's 7-day retention period.
Any projects older than 7 days will be deleted once your plan changes to Free.
You can re-subscribe to Creator at any time from the Billing page.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you need a refund, contact us at soporte@takecript.com and we will assist you through the process.

Cancelling does not delete your account or your data immediately. It simply stops future charges and downgrades your plan at the end of the billing period.
