Solutions for common upload problems

Upload issues
If your file upload gets stuck or fails, try the following steps.
Common causes
File too large
Individual clips can be up to 2 GB. If your file exceeds this limit, try compressing it or splitting it into shorter segments before uploading.
Unsupported format
TakeCript supports MP4, MOV, MKV, and WebM for video, and MP3, WAV, AAC, and FLAC for audio. Other formats need to be converted first.
Unstable connection
Large uploads require a stable internet connection. If your connection drops mid-upload, the file may appear stuck. Refresh the page and try again.
Troubleshooting steps
Refresh and retry
Refresh the page and upload the file again. This resolves most temporary issues.
Check file size and format
Make sure your file is up to 2 GB and in a supported format.
Try a different browser
Some browser extensions or settings can interfere with uploads. Try using a different browser or disabling extensions temporarily.
Check your connection
If you are on Wi-Fi, try moving closer to the router or switching to a wired connection for large files.
If the problem persists after trying all the steps above, contact us at soporte@takecript.com with your browser name, file format, and file size, and we will help you troubleshoot.
